The terms and conditions described below represent a statement of agreement between Zoyatech and relevant parties or individual. |

|
Course Enrolment |
|
To enrol and be granted admission to a course, Zoyatech required trainee to fill an enrolment document and payment is paid in full. Trainee may opt to book or reserve a place on a course but a place can be confirmed by us only after the total payment is paid in full. Acknowledgement of receipt of payment will be sent through an email or in writing. An admission document sent by us will need to be produced by the trainee to start their chosen course. |

Course Payment |
|
Total payment constitutes both course fee and VAT at current rate. All course fees are published on our website and are subject to change without any notice. |

Payment Methods |
|
Payment can be made via: |
|
· Debit or Credit cards handled by secure ‘Paypal’ checkout gateways or · Account or Wire Transfer (Transfer within Bank accounts) upon agreed terms or · Cheque or Demand Draft or Postal Orders in favour of “Zoyatech”,
All cheque payments must be cleared before the commencement of the training course. Cheques received by Zoyatech that is not honoured by the Bank concerned will incur a £25 administration charge per presentation. Credit card payments incurring additional card issuer fee must be paid for by the trainee. |

Payment Terms |
|
Zoyatech required the total payment at least 5 working days (1 week) prior to the start of the course. Trainee may be refused admission on a course if Total Payment has not been received or cleared in our account before the day of the start of the course. |

|
Cancellation and Refunds |
|
Cancellation must be notified in writing and received at our office at least 20 working days (4 weeks) prior to the course date. Penalty may be incurred (as table below) be the trainee as a percentage of the course fee, depending on the notice period given prior to the course date. |

Transfer or Postponement |
|
Trainee have an option to postpone or transfer to another course after their course payment and must be notified in writing and received at our office at least 20 working days (4 weeks) prior to the course date. Postponement and transfer to other courses may be possible depending on course availability. Penalty may still be incurred if sufficient notice, in writing, is not provided for such transfer or postponement.
Zoyatech reserves the right to cancel, relocate the venue, or postpone a course at any time. In such circumstances, trainee will be offered an alternative course date or an option to attend another course or withdraw the course for which 100% credit/refund arranged. |

IPR and Copyright |
|
All copyright and other intellectual property in all material which we may use prior to or during the course. Including marketing and course content, shall be and remain vested in us. The material is intended for the use of the individual trainee and copying or redistribution of the contents is strictly prohibited. Zoyatech’s material may not be reproduced in whole or in part without prior written permission from Zoyatech. |
